Well, the Season is finally upon us and it’s hard to believe that there are only 2 more sleeps ’til Santa comes to town.
Hopefully you all received your Christmas cards.
As a sidenote, our support promise remains constant throughout the Christmas period, and the support desk will be open and replying to tickets as and when required — with our usual staff. However, livechat will not be available from 5 PM Christmas Eve until Saturday 27th - we ask all clients to post support requests on the desk. Telephone support will be available on a 3-hour ringback effort over these dates during its usual opening hours.

Well, December is finally upon us and we will soon have various seasonal offers available to both new and existing customers, aimed at both being in the spirit and also beating the credit crunch.
The site will be having a mini make-over very shortly - expect plenty of snow and Santas over the next few days.
Plus, although here at iFuseHosting we’re known to enjoy the season as much as anybody else, please rest assured that our support promise runs right through, 365 days per year.

I’d like to formally welcome Ross Bearman to our team at iFuse Technologies Limited. He’s been with the firm training for around two months now, and I think he’s just about ready to be unleashed upon to the big wide world of iFuseHosting as a Commercial Manager.
His job responsibilities will include being one of our newly-created Account Managers (the account management system is to be put in place very shortly), and also ensuring that company’s customers remain happy with the level of service they’re receiving and works hand-in-hand with myself and Dan.
Ross just informed me that he’s been composing music using statistical analysis and markov chains, which gives you sufficient idea as to how geeky he is - a trait our clients seem to love. Renowned for his ability to sleep only three to four times a week, I’m sure you’ll see him around as much as you do the rest of our staff.
Any clients who’d like to speak to Ross to introduce themselves to him, or ask him any questions about his new presence at iFuseHosting, are quite welcome to contact him via LiveChat or in response to the introductory email he shall shortly be sending.
